Homemade option using a plunger, a large piece of plastic, a lid, and a homemade head

Recycled materials:

→ 1 lid (eg. of a laundry detergent bottle)
→ 1 large piece of flexible foam/plastic, approx 30×12 inches (eg. old plastic sled)
→ plaster of paris strips or paper mache

Non-recycled materials:

→ 1 plunger (for the compression piston)
→ 1 balloon
→ tape
